Information We Collect
Information you give us. When you submit a form on the Site — including the "Let's Build Together" contact form — we collect what you provide: first and last name, phone number, email address, how you describe yourself (buyer, agent, investor, etc.), and any details you share about your project or interest.
Information collected automatically. The Site is built and hosted on Wix. Like most Wix-hosted sites, it uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate securely, remember basic preferences, and understand how visitors use the Site — things like browser type, device information, pages viewed, and general location. This runs through Wix's standard site infrastructure and analytics tools. We do not run separate third-party advertising trackers on the Site beyond what Wix provides by default. If that changes, we'll update this policy.
We do not collect payment information through the Site. C&W does not sell homes or process transactions online.
